Reviews and Ratings
The hotel exceeded my expectations with spacious rooms and a well-equipped bathroom. However, the lack of outdoor views was a slight downside during my stay.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were nice, and the staff was friendly, but there were some issues like a sinkhole in the hallway and a bizarrely rude attitude from some members of the staff. The location was convenient with nearby restaurants, but the redo affected its charm. The dining was slightly above average, although I missed having a bar to hang out. The hotel seemed more family-oriented with pet-friendly areas and a Longhorn Steakhouse onsite.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, complete with a Keurig machine, a luxurious bath tub, and a balcony. The view was missing, though. The service was generally excellent, with housekeepers treating me and my friend exceptionally well. However, there was an unfortunate encounter that was quite disrespectful. The location was clean and well-maintained, but it seemed better before renovations. I appreciated the pet-friendly walking areas for our service dog and the convenience of having LongHorn Steakhouse on-site. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good free options but limited selections. Overall, the facilities were decent.
